Syngenta is using an independent weather data provider called Meteo Blue AG, which is one of the leading weather providers in the world to calculate rainfall in the Agriclime offer. It is not actual rainfall that you have measured on your farm and it is not possible to use any other data than the Meteo Blue data set. Meteo Blue offers several different datasets, Syngenta UK has decided to use the dataset called ERA5T which is gridded to 0.25-degree spatial resolution for the AgriClime offer. The daily calculated rainfall measurements to be taken as the sum of the selected weather window, is based on this agreed dataset. https://content.meteoblue.com/en/about-us. See section 6 of the Agriclime UK terms and conditions for more information on how rainfall is calculated.
