SYNGENTA PARTNERSHIP PLAN CHRISTMAS HAMPER 2024 PRIZE DRAW RULES

Please read these Rules carefully. “Prize Draw” means one of three Partnership Plan Christmas Hamper Prize Draws as detailed below  “Syngenta” and “we/us/our” means Syngenta UK Limited, reg’d co. no. 00849037. “You” means the farm business entering the Prize Draw in accordance with clause 1.1 below. 

By entering the Prize Draw, you (“Entrant”) accept and agree to comply with these Rules. In all cases our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

1. Eligibility Requirements 

1.1 Each Prize Draw is open to farm businesses which are members of the Partnership Plan but excluding employees of Syngenta and their immediate families and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draws.  

1.2 Multiple entries are not permitted. 

2. Prize Draw Periods 

2.1 There will be three Prize Draws as follows:. 

All entries must be received between the Opening and Closing Dates of the relevant Prize Draw, as set out above (“Prize Draw Period”). 

2.2 All valid Entries received during the relevant Prize Draw Period will be entered into the corresponding Prize Draw. Winner(s) will be selected by random draw on or after the Prize Draw Date. Our decision concerning all matters relating to the Prize Draws, including the random method for determination of the winner(s), will be final and binding. 

3. How to Enter 

3.1 No fee or purchase necessary to enter the Prize Draws. To enter, Entrants must complete and submit the Partnership Plan submission for the Harvest 2024 season. Prizes will be awarded to the winning Member account and delivered to the address associated with the relevant farm business.  

3.2 No other forms of entry will be accepted.  

3.3 We accept no liability for lost, late or misdirected entries, for technical failures of any kind or for any human error which may occur in the receipt or processing of the entries. 

4. Prizes 

4.1 There is one prize per Prize Draw of a Fortum and Mason Christmas Family Hamper of approximate value £250. There is no cash alternative and the prizes are not transferrable. 

4.2 In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to provide alternative prize(s) of equal or greater value. 

4.3 The Prizes will only be sent to main address associated with the Entrant’s Partnership Plan account.  

4.4 The winners will be responsible for any taxes or payments due as a result of winning a prize. 

5. Data protection and notifying the winner(s) 

5.1 To manage this Prize Draw, Syngenta are the Data Controller and will process your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). 5.2 The winners will be notified by email to the primary member account email. 

5.3 If we are unable to contact any prize winner the prize may be forfeited. At our discretion, we may select a new prize winner from the remaining entries.  

5.4 Entrants who do not win a prize will not receive any notification. 

6. Changes to Rules 

6.1 If, due to events beyond our reasonable control, we decide to modify the Rules at any time, we will notify Entrants as soon as is practically possible. 

6.2 We reserve the right to change, suspend or cancel any Prize Draw without specifying the reasons and without incurring liability as a result. 

7. General 

7.1 The Prize Draws and these rules are governed by the laws of England and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
